ORDERING FROM US

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We currently use Paypal as our preferred merchant service. We are business premier verified as part of increased security with paypal. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order/service.

Payments

All our payments made through Supernaturalangels.org.uk are collected through our preferred merchant Paypal under a mattdeluka address. We hold a premier verified business account which means we have been verified through Paypal’s security checks before being granted this status. This provides you the customer with added security and awareness that we are a secure trader under the terms provided by paypal.

You do not need to be a paypal customer to make any purchases within our site. Paypal is quick and easy to access. If for some unfortunate problems making a purchase you may email us in the first instance at support@supernaturalangels.org.uk.

PRICING

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

DELIVERY

We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery, but in any event within 3 days of your order. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing, at our contact address, of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

Returns

You have the right to return any defaulted or damaged goods within 7days of purchase. You must email or contact us stating this fact and return the product immediately. We will refund the purchasing amount excluding p&p for the product via paypal and this can take up to 7 days due to paypal policies. Any workshop places can be cancelled or rearranged unless it's within 7 days of the event. If cancellation takes place within the 7 day policy you are likely to lose the deposit.

LIABILITY

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 3 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 days of our maximum delivery period of 3 from the date on which you ordered the goods.

Viruses, hacking and other offences

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. The selling of any prints, photography, angel workshop materials are registered to J.kyte & G.Griffiths also and do not relay any rights for others to copy for any other reason for your personal gains or use, this also includes the purchasing of our products to be sold on to others. If you are a business or organisation and you wish to gain licensee from us. Please contact us.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACTS FOR GOODS AND RETURNS POLICY – FOR CONSUMERS ONLY

If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to support@supernaturalangels.org.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
